Get your photos ready for #RunChatPics, sponsored by AfterShokz

For the second April in a row, #RunChatPics is here to give you a springtime challenge and break up your normal routes!

While some races are starting to happen, we know that things still aren’t anywhere close to normal. #RunChatPics is a fun and engaging photo-a-day challenge for you to find things on your run, or scroll through your photo albums to find the items, all for a chance to win Aeropex headphones from sponsor AfterShokz!

Joining in the fun is really easy. Every day at around 7 a.m. ET from April 1 through April 30, we will post on Twitter what photo to share for that day. We’ll share the item a couple of other times a day on Twitter as well for additional reminders. We’ll also have these posts once a day on Facebook and Instagram.

To join in, watch for those posts, scroll through your pics and then reply to those posts with a quick story of why you're posting it, using the tag #RunChatPics so we can easily find them.

While this is similar to our Scavenger Hunt, #RunChatHunt, this will not be a replacement for our bi-annual event! Here are the details you need to know for #RunChatPics:

THE RULES

  • Twitter users can enter up to 30 times - 1 entry each for each photo.

  • Entries are through Twitter only. While posting on Instagram or Facebook is a great way to spread the word about the event, posts on those platforms are not official entries.

  • Multiple entries for one item will disqualify those entries.

  • Users MUST use the #RunChatPics hashtag to be entered.

  • Users, when not replying to a tweet to enter, must tag @therunchat and @AfterShokz.

  • All photos must be entered by 11:59 p.m. ET April 30, 2021. 

  • Retweets and Likes will not increase your chances of winning.

  • “Catching up” is allowed, but entries must specify that they’re catching up to avoid confusion.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

  • As with other #RunChat contests, such as #RunChatHunt, creativity is encouraged.

  • You don’t have to find the items on that day -- scroll through your running pics to see what you have.

WINNERS

  • 3 winners will be chosen at random on May 1 and announced on Twitter

  • Each winner will receive a pair of AfterShokz Aeropex endurance headphones

  • Winners must give their information to @therunchat no later than 11:59 p.m. ET May 5. If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be chosen and announced on Twitter

  • While anyone in the world can join in the fun, winners must reside in the U.S.
