    The Foot Levelers Blue Ridge Marathon is returning to #RunChat this week to continue to kick off 2017!

    Dubbed “America’s Toughest Road Marathon,” the race climbs and descends three mountains in Roanoke, Virginia, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

    The race has THE MOST elevation change of any road race in the U.S. with 7,430 feet of elevation change, an increase of more than 1,300 feet from the inaugural Blue Ridge Marathon in 2010.

    It’s a grueling race, for sure, coupled with a breathtakingly beautiful course.

  • RunSmartOnline returns to #RunChat

    This week’s #RunChat — 10 p.m. ET Sunday, Dec. 4 — welcomes back RunSmartOnline.
